SRG believes that a “personalized” real estate transaction, wherein one individual interacts and controls the situations, is more efficient than a transaction where responsibilities are separated among many members of the team. This results in immediate decisions, overall continuity of the process, and clear communication in all transactions.
For this reason, hands-on negotiator and Principal, Ralph Simmonds, plays an intricate role in all aspects of the negotiations, coordination, and execution of all transactions from start to finish. He is the principal-in-charge with an unmatched industry reputation with clients, developers and community, garnering 99% repeat and referral business. He has personally represented over 5 million square feet of transactions in the last twenty-two years. His understanding of the marketplace matched with his impeccable industry relationships and knowledge allow for unparallel insight into not only your company’s needs, but prospective landlords’ situations. Due to his track record and previous success, your company will gain transaction leverage through Ralph Simmonds’ advocacy.
